Welcome to chabadiving.com (“Website”). By using our Website or booking a dive trip with Chaba Diving, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

All divers must hold a valid scuba certification (Open Water or higher) from a recognized training agency. We do not offer beginner dive courses.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Full payment must be made before the dive trip begins.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and most major cards.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.

4. Weather & Dive Site Changes

  • Dive sites are subject to change based on weather and sea conditions.

  • Safety is our top priority; the final decision on site selection lies with the dive leader.

5. Medical & Fitness

  • All divers must be medically fit to dive. You may be required to complete a medical questionnaire.

  • If unsure, consult a doctor before booking.

  • Divers under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to dive and will not be refunded.

6. Equipment & Liability

  • We take good care of our equipment and expect the same from guests.

  • Damage due to negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.

  • You dive at your own risk. Chaba Diving is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our gross negligence.

7. Use of Media

  • We may take photos or videos during dive trips. By participating, you grant us permission to use these for marketing purposes. Let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.

8. Website Use

  • Content on this site is for informational purposes and subject to change without notice.

  • Unauthorized use or duplication of material from this site is prohibited.
